Praying for someone to die and they really died!

 Praying for someone to die and they really died!

I was wishing and have been praying to God for some people to die and after a few days later those people really died from heart attack . And now I think that I killed those people because i was praying to God for them to die.

Is it my fault or is God's fault or is just an accident?
PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION BECAUSE I REPENT VERY MUCH ABOUT THAT AND I AM VERY SCARED AND I THINK I WILL GO INSANE!
