Our Pilgrimages
I love to travel, i love to see new places and meet interesting people. It's impossible to go everywhere. Our Orthodox culture has plenty of beautiful places worldwide. Let's share our experiences in pilgrimages.

Re: Our Pilgrimages
Hi everybody!
I'm happy to find this forum and being in touch with all of you!
Well, speaking about pilgrimage, of course I like it too. I think, visiting monasteries is very important for the person who thinks he is a real Christian. So, we can do it in summer, for example, instead of having a rest at the seaside, like other peole do.
Here are some photos of Pochaev. This is a special place for me...

Re: Our Pilgrimages
That was really brilliant! I worshiped the holy icon of the Mother of God of Pochaev, st Iov's and saint Amfiloch's relics. I prayed in the main church (Uspensky) of the monastery at the day of Transfiguration! Oh I'll never forget this divine service! The singing of Pochaev monks is something really special! At the time of the divine service I imagined I'm standing in the God's kingdom.
P.S. I have some photos to share, but they are on the other computer. I'll post them a bit later.
