Can an Orthodox Christian ask for intercessory prayer from a saint belonging to the Catholic denomination? Or would doing so be considered a sin? :unknown:

I'm not a 100% sure, we are not in communion in any other churches other than Eastern orthodoxy. I go to a protestant church because i cant find a orthodox church but i'm not allowed to take communion with them. :thanks:
